Making our event accessible to as many people as possible is our objective,
The event is being held on an airfield, which is predominantly grass. The Organisers advise that due to uneven terrain of the event site; it may be at times difficult for spectators to move around freely and easily. As a result of which it may not be suitable for those who suffer certain medical conditions.
To help with the access and mobility around the event terrain the organisers have teamed up with Community First who will be onsite hiring out Mobility Scooters and Manual Wheelchair.
These can be ordered online through the Community First website, click her for the link or can be hired on the day. The hire fee is £15,00 and this is paid directly to Community First.
Community First will be located near the Event Organiser Tent at the Car Park Event Ticket Entrance.

Living History
The Victory Festival is a festival designed to commemorate British and Commonwealth Military victory from WW2, especially VE and VJ day, but to include all theatres up to modern day.
For 2025 are pleased to announce that again we have both Chris Firman and Rob Kempster to head up the Living History/Re-enactment element of this biennial event following the great success of 2023..
Along with selected volunteers, they aim to present a tribute to those whom brought about victory in both the European and Pacific Theatres of war for the Allied Forces .
To commemorate those brave men and women whom as they so often quote 'we were only doing our job' during those dark years between 1939 and 1945.
Along with this lets not forget the sacrifices made on the 'Home Front'.
With the inclusion of post war/modern displays, our aims being to keep alive the memory and to learn about those whom served Queen or King and Country.
The living history will be ,based on the historic WWII Daedalus Airfield site at Lee on the Solent for the public to come and interact with.
We are looking for only Allied Forces groups and individuals, with or without vehicles, and in particular for those who would like to be more interactive with the public.
Register today using the buttons below.
The Parade
Marching Bands, Service Personnel, Veterans, Cadets, Vehicles, Re-enactors, Boats and Aircraft will make up the prestigious military parade taking place in Lee on the Solent on Saturday 20th September, which is free for all to enjoy.
From its assembly in the old Naval base HMS Daedalus, the parade will set out on its 1 mile route out onto Richmond Road, along Montserrat Road, High St. Beach Road and Marine Parade,
All that’s needed is a good weather meaning we can get as many of the community to line the roads and seafront to watch this planned spectacle including a Spitfire display.

Sponsorship

Read what our Headline Sponsor from 2023 had to say. "'When I heard that the Victory festival was coming back to Lee on Solent it was the easiest decision I've made all year to become a main sponsor. In the past few years I have managed to bring all aspects of the company closer to home and now we have recently moved into our new HQ on Spitfire Way it is a real pleasure being from the local area to be able to support events like this. I attended the first Lee Victory festival as a family which turned out to be the last day out before my fathers passing so this event is really close to my heart. I am proud to sponsor such an amazing event in our local community and really looking forward to attending the event all weekend". Michael Hand Managing Director Parco Civil Engineering/Parco EV Solutions
