The following provides you with the event schedule which we have planned for the event weekend.

 

We are finalising the air display with details being released in the coming months.

 

To get the event started we have the 'In the Mood' Big Band night on Friday and then it all gets going with the Parade along the seafront and back onto the airfield for the main events. The airfield is where it will all be happening with the air display, funfair rides, children's  entertainment, arena displays, enhanced flight line and viewing area, land live music throughout each day.

Friday 19th

18:00 Car parking with access the Entertainment Marquee & Bar 

19:00 'In the Mood' Big Band Night including the Last Post with the lowering of Union flag 

22:00 Close

Saturday 20th 

07:30 Car park opens

09:00 Event Site opens

• Living History vehicles assemble to leave for the parade, those not attending come into the arena on display

10:00 Seafront Parade starts

• The parade will include a Single Spitfire aircraft displa,y; the parade finishing at 11:00

12:00 Event site starts with Arena & Musical programme throughout the day with the raising of the Union Flag. 

13:30 Flying Display starts with welcome address by DLLOH (VIP/invited guests reception)

18:00 Flying Display finishes

19:00 Si Cranstoun and Timeless including the Last Post with the lowering of Union flag

23:00 Close

Sunday 21st 

08:00 Car park opens 

09:30 Event Site opens

10:00 Event site starts with an Arena & Musical programme throughout the day starting at 11:00 with the raising of the Union Flag 

12:00 Flying Display starts 

15:00 40’s Afternoon

17:00 Flying Display finishes 

19:00 Pomp and Circumstance finale including the Last Post with the lowering of Union flag
