Event Staff known either as ‘makers/helpers/volunteers play a vital role in helping to create a successful day for everyone involved.

 

Volunteering at an event is a fun and rewarding experience. It’s a great way to meet other people and be part of a fantastic team. Just a few hours of your time can make a huge difference and our help can make this event a success.

 

Key Activities may include:

• Helping the organisers to ensure the event runs smoothly including.

• Marshalling with helping to guide visitors where to go and ensuring they are in a safe position watching. Meeting and greeting  visitors with tickets to gain entrance to the event and accessing the event car parking.  

• Selling merchandise, event programs, collecting donations and handing out leaflets.

• People who can offer time over the 19-21 September. Ideally 4-6hrs of support.

 

We are looking for fun and friendly volunteers who:

 

• Have lots of energy and enthusiasm.

• Have great communication and people skills.

• Can work well as part of a team and on their own.

• Are prepared to volunteer outside and be on their feet for long periods of time.

• Are flexible and willing to volunteer in different roles, as required.

• Are 16+ years old. (16+ with parents/guardian consent)
